Active World is about incorporating fitness and wellbeing into your daily routine. Whether you're looking for fitness classes, 1 to 1 personal training, family friendly, or dance based, we have it all! All classes are currently based in North London area and online. Getting in shape shouldn’t be a punishment. It’s an amazing and empowering lifestyle decision that anyone can make. I believe in finding the pleasurable side of fitness; and while there may be a sore muscle or two along the way, the benefits of fitness is worth it.

The Zumbini programme is where the science of child development meets the magic of Zumba. Classes are fun energetic and full of movements set to cool global rhythms, that stimulate early childhood learning and development from day one. This class is not just for your child. Buggy Workout 

Fitness Friendships & Bonding

Buggy Workout Support Group is a fabulous way to get active after giving birth and not only bond with your little one, but also meet new mothers going through the same things as you. Audrey (the instructor) is a Pre and Postnatal specialist. The programme she designed is specifically for new parents which include exercises that can be continued at home as well.

Whether it’s losing weight or trimming and toning, my classes will improve your health and have you feeling great. You’ll see an improvement in your performance in no time. We are currently offering HIIT and Partner PT training sessions. Contact us for details.


Balance and Flow

Pilates is an extremely popular and effective form of exercise. Practiced by all walks of life including dancers, elite athletes, fitness enthusiasts, and those with symptoms of pain (especially back pain). Pilates is also recommended by physiotherapist, chiropractors, and doctors for people recovering from injury or trauma. Once people discover Pilates, they'll often continue with it for life.

Happy Mind, Happy Body

Zumba classes are designed to bring people together and get a sweat on. We take the 'work' out of workout, by mixing low-intensity and high-intensity moves for an interval-style, calorie-burning dance fitness party. Once the Latin and World rhythms take over, you'll see why these classes are called fitness in disguise. Choose between Zumba Fitness and Zumba Gold (beginners/ lower intensity).
